Scholars Education Centre is proud to announce that we received the 2019 Franchisees’ Choice Designation at the 2019 Canadian Franchise Association (CFA) National Convention in Niagara Falls, Ontario, on April 8, 2019. The Franchisees’ Choice designation indicates that our franchisees have high satisfaction with the franchise brand.
“We’re franchise-driven, and this award shows that we work hard to ensure we’re headed in the right direction,” says Matt Baxter, Chief Executive Officer of Scholars Education Centre. “Focusing on the success of franchisees is the right way to operate a franchise business, and that’s been our goal.”
The annual Franchisees’ Choice designation program is in its ninth year. Franchisees’ Choice designees are CFA members who took part in an independently-administered survey. This year, more than 70 CFA member franchise brands participated in the survey.
Scholars Education Centre received the award after our franchisees were asked to assess us in key areas of the franchise business model including the following: the franchisee selection process, the franchisee information package, leadership, business planning and marketing, training and support, ongoing operations, and the relationship between the franchisor and franchisee.
The 2019 Franchisees’ Choice designees are representative of the standard of excellence of CFA members. “Congratulations to all the Franchisees’ Choice designees this year on receiving this honour and vote of confidence from their franchisees,” says Sherry McNeil, CFA President & Chief Executive Officer.
